By submitting item(s) in for signing, I understand that East Coast Signings & Memorabilia, its owners, affiliated entities, and participating celebrity talent are not responsible for any loss or damage to my item(s). Even though East Coast Signings and Memorabilia will do everything possible to protect customers items I acknowledge that damage can occur during shipping, handling at the signing, or while items are being packaged and returned.

I understand that fragile, older, or already worn item(s) may experience additional wear or damage. All item(s) are sent in at my own risk.
